About Elizabeth Knouse Foote

Born and raised in the Greater Harrisburg area, Elizabeth is intimately familiar with the entire geographic area having lived on both sides of the Susquehanna River, in Cumberland County and Dauphin County as well as in Perry County. Elizabeth is a veteran of the United States Air Force, enlisting immediately after graduating from Mechanicsburg High School in 1984. After leaving the Air Force, she spent her time raising her two children and working as a Cosmetologist, owning her own hair salon. In 1999, Elizabeth changed career fields and earned her real estate license. Since that time, she quickly became one of the most respected names in the area.

In addition to being a consistent top producer in terms of listings and sales, she also works in partnerships with homebuilders and other contractors. Additionally, she owns and manages numerous rental properties. In 2000 the Greater Association of Realtors honored her by designating her as one of the Top 25 under 35. In 2006 Elizabeth was named to the elite "Top Producers" of the Mike Ferry Organization, which encompasses many of the highest producing agents in North America. Elizabeth and her team are consistently one of the top selling teams in the area. In addition, she volunteers her time, serving as a mentor to many of the newer agents. December 2015 Elizabeth broke ground on her new subdivision "Cumberland Range Estates", located in Cumberland Valley School District, Middlesex Township. Phase 4 opened in the Spring 2022. In October 2021 Elizabeth broke ground and is excited to announce another new subdivision, Jasper Ridge located in Hampden Township. Elizabeth's passion for real estate is obvious and her commitment to her industry is second to none. She continues to explore new frontiers through education and personal development.
